TecKnock provides high-speed datacenter and ISP proxies for web browsing, automation, data collection, SEO, ad verification, and other lawful data-related tasks. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services without prior notice.

Examples of permitted usage include testing websites, accessing geo-restricted content, and conducting research. Examples of prohibited usage are detailed in the Prohibited Activities section.

2. User Responsibilities

You agree to use our Services responsibly and in compliance with all applicable laws.

Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials and not share them with third parties.
Ensure all activities performed under your account are legal and compliant with these Terms.
Immediately notify us of any unauthorized access, security breach, or suspected misuse of the Services.

3. Prohibited Activities / Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

To maintain a safe, lawful, and reliable environment, the following activities are strictly prohibited:

Illegal Activities – Using Services for any illegal activity, hacking, fraud, or violating any law.

Unauthorized Resale – Selling or distributing the Services to third parties without TecKnock approval.
Service Interference – Overloading, disrupting, or negatively impacting our infrastructure.

4. Payments & Billing

All payments must be made at the time of purchase and in the currency presented.
Payments are processed securely by third-party providers; we do not store card or crypto details.
No Refund Policy: All sales are final. TecKnock does not provide refunds under any circumstances.
We may update pricing at any time; previously purchased plans are not affected.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, including text, graphics, branding, software, and service infrastructure, is the property of TecKnock or its licensors. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

TecKnock provides Services "as is" and does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, complete accuracy, or compatibility with third-party platforms. You acknowledge that internet connectivity, network disruptions, or external website restrictions may impact Services.

TecKnock is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, business interruption, or data loss resulting from use of the Services.
